Default Seriously - what's wrong with people who still support Trump?

And enough w/ the "TDS" responses. He exhibits such constant narcissistic and base human behavior. He turns on EVERYONE, at the slightest hint of anything he doesn't favor. And that includes his own family. He lies & whines like a baby. He hates women, and it's kind of like he never learned even the basics of proper manners or courtesy.

And what kind of "man" can't admit when he loses?

His narcissism is a true danger to the republic. Is there anyone who still thinks that if he had the option of burning the Constitution just so he could stay in power...he wouldn't?

If you do, you're easily fooled. You're a mark for this grifter.

What gives? I've never seen anything like this. I remain convinced that a lot of people support him just because he ticks off liberals, but beyond that, it's incomprehensible. He's one of the worst examples of human behavior that we have in public life.

They are neo-fascists. They hate democracy. They are not deceived, they want trump to be a dictator.

Are you trying for whataboutism here? I don't really like Biden, and certainly don't support another run for him in '24.

But he has basic decency. He has nothing in common w/ Trump when it comes to behavior.

Behavior is nice but competence is vital.

Boorish behavior has not caused record inflation, and the rest of the pain to come.

Jimmy Carter was a nice guy too but he sent this country into a spiral too.

Careful what you ask for, you just might get it.

They go hand in hand. And personally, I don't think Trump was competent. I think a 2nd Trump admin would be mostly about revenge and settling scores - and people who served w/ him the 1st time have said that. He doesn't care about America.

I assume you like Reagan. What do you think Reagan would have thought of Trump? Do you think he'd support him?

Trump is in the mold of Reagan. I know conservatives hate that, but it is true.

I would say that Biden is far more experienced than trump, and more competent also.

    depends on the topic.

first we have to establish the true value of the behavior you seek.

Trump has zero policies. The reason his supporters like him is because he's constantly insulting the press, Democrats, Mexicans, black people, etc. He says everything they're thinking. Plus, they love that it hurts us. Todays Republicans are bullies.

Reagan's great skill was communication as was Trump. In that respect he would approve. It is vitally important for an executive to be able to clearly communicate his intentions and policy. Another failure of the left post FDR and JFK.

I had problems with Reagan as I never bought his signing outrageous budgets.

Beyond that I think he would see that Trump is a New Yawker and behaves as most of them do.

Reagan has at least the appearance of maturity and integrity. trump and his crime family don't even try, people like he and Barr delight in the fact they can get away with coverups.
