Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, was arrested this weekend for DUI ... TMZ has learned.
The House Speaker's spouse was arrested just before midnight Saturday night in Napa County, and then booked hours later into jail on two counts -- driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher ... both misdemeanors.

Very true. In this instance, an 82 year old was arrested with a blood alcohol level of .08 or lower, just before midnight.
You can have two drinks over dinner and leave too soon after downing your second drink and blow that.
$5000 bail. If he had a previous incident for DW/DUI, then it would have been felony DUI. Instead, it's a misdemeanor.
Newsworthy in a slow news cycle, but there's a lot of shit going on in the world right now. I can think of actual members of Congress that were complicit in a terror attack.
