It was written by effete landed gentry, not elite lawyers...and it shows.
It pushed incompatible former colonies into a single nation making horrific compromise to do so.

Let me ask you a question there “smart guy,” if you are such a strict reader of the Constitution, taking what is says verbatim, why can’t bullets be controlled, if not banned outright, bullets aren’t mentioned anywhere in the Constitution?
