So far the tally is 21 ppl dead, mostly children and 3 adults, What I don't understand is how a guy in hot pursuit by the cops, is able after his car had broke down and who had just killed his grandmother is able TO WALK INTO A SCHOOL, COMPLETELY LOADED AND GUN DOWN SO MANY PPL AND THE COPS ARE RIGHT BEHIND YOU??????????
