I'd probably disagree that religion is the answer. We just had another major church abuse scandal break this week. I hate to characterize all religion using that - but they're not isolated incidents. There is something wrong w/ the church, and organized religion has been as much a force for evil as it is for good.

But I agree our morality and values are going down the tubes. Honesty, the internet - which we all love for various things - is probably as much to blame as anything. We really don't know the full extent; we're just ending the 1st generation who have been completely immersed in it.

It's all just bad right now. People are desensitized, and our whole discourse is in the gutter. We either find our way back, or the end is nigh.

The real problem is why does our society create these mass shooters? And the reasons are many, but usually can be sifted down to a few causes; psychiatric drugs from an early age; broken families; eroding moral character.

Of course, the Democrats don't even want to attempt to address those problems.
Stirring up the masses to hate anybody who's not just like them. Talk constantly about "us" v. "them." Talk about how all hell's gonna break loose if a particular side doesn't shape up. Throw in a few allusions to civil war.

    It’s unconstitutional

It’s unconstitutional to force all of America to pretend to be Christians

    We were never all Christians
Worship is a choice and should never be forced.

So you never wanted to be good?

What about the Mental Hospitals? Discipline of children?

There's a difference between forced worship and allowing God into the schools.

A public school is the government

It is unconstitutional for it to force your religion on everyone

    Don’t you know the constitution?

Of course I do. I posted "give me a town" to Jarhead and you asked me "how do we stop this trend? "
But yes, I share your concern about these school shootings.
    I have no answer.

When I was a kid almost everyone I knew had both their mom and Dad in the home. Now? I bet maybe one out of three do. If people do not think that is a HUGE thing effecting the country then I dont know what to say because it surely is. it teaches children that the bond of family means nothing. Not good.

No, the leftist indoctrination way failed. It fails society in general as it produces quasi state babies.
