A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

I'm a Ron Paul Republican, which means I am libertarian - but think the best path is to win over one of the two major parties

You don't play the market? So you got no skin in that game.

Why are you mad at the best governor FL has ever had?

Some did. Larry Lessig, for example (one of the people who ran for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016) wrote eloquently against it and even tried to fight it in court.

Now, I backed up my statement, so it's your turn. Post the roll call in the Senate.

So Clinton was president - could of vetoed this - and democrats - where 47 were in the Senate - could of easily thwarted this becoming law

    Why didn't democrats do this?

oh - I know why - because one republican and one democrat were against it. that's all

that was bipartisan legislation you pretended wasn't.

you mean when the Senate had a chance to voice opposition and nobody did. not a single democrat went on record opposing this thing that they hated.

Yes. Don't punk out. You challenged me and I stepped up to it. Now, post the roll call in the Senate or admit you were wrong.

if they are gouging - than a market exists - a free market to compete.

normal people use the term price gouging for things like natural disasters. Not because Disney charges a sum that people are willing to pay during non disaster times.

you are a retarded socialist pretending to not be
Kind of like gas companies right now? That is price gouging because people have to pay it.

you are more retarded than I fully realized.

I brought up the 1976 law - which is the first time bipartisan legislation allowed for the extension of Mickeys protection

for some idiotic reason, you ignored that and discussed the 1998 bill - and pretended those damn republican's were pushing it though. I have proved it was bipartisan legislation - and you are just a doucebag acting like an independant

I have nothing more to prove to you. you lost. school is out now shit stain.

this is the problem with state capture, corruption, oligarchical collectivism, crony capitalism, and fascism.

the stated benefits of "free markets" are lost when cartels and state capture occur.

this is how to deal with libertarian idiocy. these easy and obvious facts destroy globalist/anarchists.

gas should actually be more expensive. think blood diamond pricing. How expensive would gas be if America did not spend so much on "defense"

Exactly what gas companies are doing yet people bitching about that. They could lower the prices but they don't want to because we need gas.
