Trump-linked lawyer John Eastman had direct communication with former President Donald Trump about legal efforts to overturn the 2020 election, new court documents reveal.
Eastman, who crafted a legal strategy to overturn the 2020 election, also relied on "six conduits" to communicate with the former president and even received at least "two handwritten notes from former President Trump about information that he thought might be useful for the anticipated litigation."

I don't think that is any kind of huge surprise, been pretty much documented thru testimony and other sources by the January 6th Committee
The irony of all of this is that it is not the present that will pass judgement on Trump, but history, this is only the beginning or starting point, unfortunately, as the full truth is revealed Trump will be gone, it is his legacy that will be ever tarnished, and we all know he could give a rat's ass about legacy, for him, it is only here, now, and how he can benefit
