It was only available under an Emergency Authorization. Damo volunteered for the experimental group. Hat's off to him for doing so. Biden's staff, either by accident or design, gave the impression that Biden was solely responsible for the vaccine in the market. That's not true.

Agree about lying to the public about severity of a pandemic. trump could have said something like "we're all just learning about this disease and its spread, and we're working hard to decide how to tackle it."
