Easy day here; made a grocery run and now with my mom watching Season 14 of Heartland on Netflix. It’s a tradition we’ve had for several years starting with Season 1 during a visit years ago. Ever since, we only watch it together.

There’s a Season 15 but it’s not on Netflix yet.

I never acquired a taste for "rock" music.
I liked some 50s rock 'n' roll before it became just rock.
I love NOLA trad jazz and jump blues, the latter which could be considered seminal rock 'n' roll.
I liked early bebop but not post bop progressive.

But I always liked my guitars playing the Freddie Green role in the rhythm section while piano and horns drove the band.

I know Frank was a fellow Italian, just like Apisa, but it just wasn't my thing.
