When they shadow ban folks they make it so that while you aren't unable to tweet folks do not see your tweets regardless. So, folks that are shadow banned tweet, but reach less than 5% of what they would before they were shadow banned... this is something that TwitLer does to stop conservatives from reaching folks when they believe that their opinions or the information they are posting about are "misinformation". Like Hunter Biden's laptop or negative opinions on whether you should get a fourth vaccine dose.

When you intentionally mis-spell it “TwitLer” is that so it rhymes with Hitler?

Now whether they do it against conservatives more often than to "liberals" may be a "maybe" but even that isn't really, it is based on simple experience and what they call "misinformation" (much of what they call misinformation are simply opinions that they do not agree with).

When they do this to the site, it is invariably for post titles form folks on the right part of the spectrum. Whether it is a ban, or a shadow ban.

Twitter is an enormous platform now in the hands of one man. That could be very bad depending on how he uses it. The potential is there. Our media is in the hands of corporations now. They are changing the message to their advantage.
I suspect Musk is pretty busy. I do not think he can put the time in to run it.
