Warren Buffet recently announced that he will donate 99% of his fortune ($125 billion) to charity. He said this:

As a boss, it's usually best to lead by example. Expecting the people under you to come to work for 50-60 hours when you spend time during your work day tweeting about asinine topics isn't exactly good for moral.
