The man has capitulated and met the right halfway on a couple of issues, but FDR would clap him on the back for what he has done in terms of government spending.
Any comparison between him and Clinton is ridiculous. Clinton signed PRWORA and the Defense of Marriage Act. Obama has essentially nationalized the banks and the auto industry. Absolutely no comparison.
There is much to be said in favour of modern journalism. By giving us the opinions of the uneducated, it keeps us in touch with the ignorance of the community.
