Since the tank is located in the position least likely to be impacted by a collision, and the fact that it's substantial in construction, you are just foisting your ill-informed and amateur opinion on that.
It's also nothing compared to a Tesla with a battery that's poorly sealed and can let moisture in which on its own can not only degrade the battery, but can result in a fire.
