Biden is proven right, over and over again. We have literally collapsing infrastructure. It is time that Republicans stop blocking the needed infrastructure repairs, and updates.

"Maintenance" is over for that bridge. I'd be investigating the engineers of it, tbh.

Shittsburgh has had DEMOCRAT mayors for decades.

Why didn't they fix that bridge?

    Long dead, probably.

Forbes Avenue Bridge: The steel span, built in 1970, is a common route for motorists into central Shittsburgh.

I suspect they can still vote DEMOCRAT, though.

Maybe it wasn't the first and worst of 446 bridges that need repairs? We do have the most bridges of any city in the world, Leggiekins.

    And maybe it was.

What have any of the DEMOCRATS that have infested Shitty Hall done about any of them - they've ruled Roethlisberger's rancid roost since 1946 - and a DEMOCRAT was sullying the White House then too, wasn't he?

1970 and it collapsed? That's pretty bad. Bridges here built in the 40s are still tough as nails.

Maybe not that Skyway, I always thought that was a bad design.

Where DEMOCRATS drool, kickbacks are the rule.

Maybe some fat DEMOCRATS were crossing the bridge to heil Biden and it collapsed under their weight.

I'm sure glad my Christiecrite wasn't on that bus.

    So?

If we defined a miracle as something that is a million-to-one odds happening one day, then in the US 330 miracles take place every day. The bridge collapse has no special significance.

FDOT does not mess around. They build it fast, strong, and right the 1st time.

They completed 41 in 2 years with 80 mph-graded banks.

    That's been changed since.

They actually lowered the pitch on the banks so you couldn't haul ass.

I was going to say it would be a cold day in hell before I was on a bus at 6 A.M. but that would give you an opening you wouldn't have the self-discipline to resist.
