I didn't add my personal opinion on it.

    Zero chance.

    Reasons:

    1. In order to do this, if they even thought they wanted to. Kamala would have to resign as VP so that they could appoint another VP to vote for Kamala to break the tie as it would be a conflict of interest for Kamala to vote for herself and she'd have to recuse. Even with the filibuster removed for SCOTUS nominees (republicans did that) you need at least 51 votes for a nominee.
    2. There are far better qualified folks, even among the subset that he will use to fill the spot.

The left have no qualms nominating and supporting someone that will simply be a reliable vote for their political agenda, so when they say it will be a black woman it will be a black woman who will vote reliably with their political agenda regardless of what the constitution has to say. There are plenty of judges who will do this, no need to try to juggle VP picks to "get rid" of an unpopular VP.

‘Could be credible’: Speculation ramps up that Harris could be Biden’s Supreme Court pick

As news broke about Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer retiring, speculation ramped up that President Biden could tap embattled Vice President Kamala Harris to replace him — keeping his promise to appoint a black woman to the high court while opening possibilities of a less politically tainted running mate for 2024.

Former White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany on Wednesday endorsed the unlikely notion that Harris could get the nomination as a way to end the controversies surrounding her.

“I think it’s a theory that could be credible,” McEnany said while co-hosting the “Outnumbered” show on Fox News.

The improbable idea was floated by co-host Harris Faulker amid the breaking reports that Breyer plans to retire after the court recesses at the end of June.

Biden has said repeatedly he would pick a black woman as his first Supreme Court nominee and Faulkner said that “it’s hard to not to see, at least, [Harris] makes the list.”

Highly unlikely due to her unlikability on BOTH sides of the aisle and complete lack of experience.

It's not a narrative you boorish fool. It's a FACT. Look at the last year. November is going to be a harsh reality for you Government loving leftists. Of course, being glaring hypocrites, Government is only good if your guys are in charge right?

No one on both sides fear her ever becoming President, other than when or if the senile old Biden gets article 24rd out or dies in office. Then everyone will quake of that unqualified twat being in charge. But we know it will be short lived. Even Democrats can't stand the cackling harpie.

Irony from leftist hacks who impugned Justice Thomas and Winsome Earle-Sears. You must enjoy looking like an ignorant, dumb partisan hack.

Look at this post. How sneering you are towards professional black women. The right has been Hillarying Kamala since they first heard her she might be his VP pick. She's a highly qualified VP, and she may very well be President some day. As for "even among the subset". Jesus. That "subset" contains black women who you will never match in any accomplishment, in IQ, and in competence.

I have a lot more of sneering I'd like to answer but unfortunately, it's taking place on a thread with a title that no decent person would allow on their board.

The subset only contains black women, he said so. I do not need to repeat it just to make Darla think better of me. Personally I think folks that deliberately say they are only going to pick from a specific subset of human have the problem, not me.

I also am not personally saying what I "quoted".

As for "get rid of" that was quoting/paraphrasing others.
