Nobody wins the presidency by filling up auditoriums. The candidate with the most enthusiastic supporters usually has less of them. Most Americans are middle-of-the road and do not attend rallies. His supporters have to actually vote.

a more correct and equivalent version of that would be to make all forms of sex under the age of 18 illegal, then when a person turns 18 they must have a license to have sex and pay a pregnancy liability fee that funds abortions.
