It is? Where? And even if it did, where does it say that right can't be regulated?

You are interpreting the Second Amendment the way you want it to read

No, you are putting words in my mouth, again. I think I’m done discussing this issue with you.

Had you been paying attention instead of attempting to jump in with bad wit, it isn't the fee that is the deterrent, but the requirement to buy liability insurance, try to keep up

    Yup

It means the militia was in an effective shape to fight." In other words, it didn't mean the state was controlling the militia in a certain way, but rather that the militia was prepared to do its duty.

Amazing it has taken this long, treating guns just as we do vehicles, especially liability requirements, and before the gun nuts begin, every Constitutional right can and is regulated, Second Amendment isn’t any different
NY successfully destroyed the NRA by making these insurance policies illegal.

The problem with the insurance policies is that they insure illegal activities. Not sure how these policies will be written, or who will be selling them

My house and a neighbors were shot at by a disgruntled boyfriend of the girl next door. I had just left the Diamond Mall shopping center when a guy rolled through with a gun?

    Do those count?

Next year it will be $50 and then $100 a year after that. The plan is to ban guns from private ownership, mainly from the poor....and you know what demographic lives there.

The rich will continue to live as they've always lived.
