for the same reason I disagree with the media reporting on some arrest of a guy with a stockpile of arms and ammunition when it was 3 rifles, 3 shotguns, 2 handguns, and 1,000 rounds............
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Awesome. Good for you. Feel better? Is this how you operate? You generate a straw man, beat it around a little then declare victory?

Are you denying you support the events? That you believe the overthrow of the national government is up to you and a few thousand "militia"?

Are you denying that you knew it was going to happen in December?

it will take more than a few thousand, but yes........I do believe eventually we the people will have to restore the government from the big government supporting freedom haters

No. I predicted it was going to happen. But then I appear to be a much better judge of human nature than most of you

No, it doesn't. It denies that the federal government has any power over them.

Actually, there is no such limitations on States when forming their own militias.

A State may form a militia to defend itself WITHOUT waiting for Congress to get off it's butt.

Amazing it has taken this long, treating guns just as we do vehicles, especially liability requirements, and before the gun nuts begin, every Constitutional right can and is regulated, Second Amendment isn’t any different
How the heck will this in any, REMOTELY significant way, curb gun violence?

The VAST majority of people do not die of 'any negligent or accidental use of the firearm'.
They die because someone deliberately shot them.
How does this legislation curb that?

All this nonsensical law does is make it more expensive to legally own a registered firearm.
Thus encouraging more people to NOT register their firearms.

    It's completely asinine.

I don’t groan many posts but if I could groan the OP of this thread 1000 times I would … and whoever thinks this proposal is anywhere near “intelligent.” I hope the Supreme Court nukes San Jose’s new regs, if passed, into oblivion.
