My theory about the two John Does that do not care if their names are made public

There are 8 John Does who are known to Ghislaine Maxwell, but only 6 are fighting to keep their names private. That means 2 John Does are not fighting to prevent sexual allegations against them being made public. Why is that?

Well one is so obvious, he is easy to overlook. Prince Andrew is almost certainly one of the John Does, and the allegations against him have already been made public. Fighting to keep them from being made public a second time is pointless. It just makes him look more guilty, and does not save his reputation one bit. I could be wrong, but I am fairly certain he is one of the 2 that are not fighting it.

Who would the other be? There are about a dozen people associated with Epstein who are now dead. There have been natural causes, and suicides. A few might be foul play, but for the most part they are straightforward. People sometimes die. My assumption is that one of these are on the list, and their estate does not care to keep it secret. The estate might be controlled by a victim, and might actually want it made public.

That leaves the other 6. Some of you may disagree with me, but I am fairly sure trump is one of those. He already had multiple allegations, and so it would be natural he would have allegations against him. Also one of the John Does was in public office in 2020, and might run for office again... just like trump.

Bob Barr might be on the list, but maybe not. Maxwell believed not divulging these names would help her during the trump administration, and would not hurt her during the Biden Administration, which makes Democrats unlikely. Besides, none of the Democrats seem to care. Meanwhile, trump's legal team is gearing up for war.
