The only one saying that it does...is someone like you, when you do one of these fabrications.

"Protection against Delta was highest, however, among people who were both vaccinated and had survived a previous COVID infection, and lowest among those who had never been infected or vaccinated, the study found."

I think the information has always been that vaxxed + previous infection is the platinum standard. Of course, many who were infected, died before they could get vaccinated. Covid has always been like playing Russian roulette. And with mass numbers, someone's gun is always going to be loaded when the trigger is pulled. That's why it's so irresponsible to claim a previous infection bestows natural immunity. People have lived through their first bout, and died upon reinfection.

I had Covid in March 2020, I have a family member who is a nurse and she had it early on. So I got it even before NY Pause. I have no underlying conditions, and I also had luck, because many with no underlying conditions died anyway. But my chamber was empty. The worse symptom I had was the most awful headache of my life, which lasted for five days. On one of those days the hellishly loud fire alarm in my building went off. That day I thought I might die, but at that point, with my head splitting, it was more wishful thinking. I never had shortness of breath. So I was never even close to being hospitalized.

Since then, I've been fully vaccinated and boosted. So I am 3x vaxxed and prior infection. I have no worries. The problem is, I care about people who aren't me. Others don't. That's a sad way to live and I've no doubt makes for a very empty life.

    You lied about natural immunity.

    You said it was indefinite.

Then you said it was 8-10 months.

But the truth is that it's 90 days, and about 1/3 of them don't develop natural immunity anyway.

Im not 100% positive but I am pretty sure that the Vax was granted its emergency use to STOP THE SPREAD of Covid,...not to lessen the symptoms. legally this could be a big problem.

This just states what people with open minds already knew on this:

The best possible protection against Covid-19 is vaccination AND having already had the virus.
But the latter alone is better than the former alone.

If you are over 60 and/or have serious comorbidity(s)?
And you do not want to die of Covid-19?
    Get the vaccine.
Whether you've had Covid-19 or not.

    For everyone else?
You will almost certainly not die of Covid-19...vaccinated or otherwise.
So don't worry about getting the vaccine if you do not want/have to.

Totally misleading and incomplete. No surprise that it comes from the boards fake Doc.

"There are important caveats to the data presented in this study:

The analysis was conducted before the emergence of the Omicron variant and the findings cannot be applied to the current Omicron wave.
The study ended prior to the widespread implementation of booster doses and does not reflect the immunologic benefit of additional vaccine doses.
The analysis did not include information on the severity of initial infection and does not reflect the risk of morbidity and mortality from COVID-19 infection.
Additionally, a recent shows with increasing time since prior infection, vaccination provides greater protection against COVID-19 compared to prior infection alone, emphasizing the importance of being up to date on COVID-19 vaccination. Later this week, CDC will publish additional data on COVID-19 vaccines and boosters while Omicron has been circulating."

Vaccination is the best way to protected from ANY variant without the risk of dying. But go ahead and get yourself infected, poser.

Only if you don't know what R0 is when it comes to spread of an infectious disease. If the vaccine gets R0 < 1 then the infection will eventually stop.
    https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7751056/

The vaccine does help to stop the spread because it reduces the time someone is infectious and reduces the amount of virus they shed. Perhaps if you were a little smarter you might know that. Luckily the rest of us don't have to worry about R0 and the spreading of your stupidity.

False. That statement was restricted to the BEGINNING of the Delta wave. Words matter, and precision matters. That statement applies to the past. There is no evidence to suggest that it is still true of Delta infections that occurred months ago, nor is there any evidence that it is true of Omricon. And the risk of getting the disease is very different than the risk of being hospitalized or dying from the disease. The severity of infection is not addressed in the study. You are 20 times more likely to be hospitalized without being vaccinated, and 15 times more likely to die.

Most people don't have to worry about getting hit by a drunk driver either. So I guess just go ahead and let drunks get behind the wheel. You're almost certainly going to be fine.

Than until you produce a link to UNBIASED, FACTUAL PROOF to the contrary?

Your statement that it is 'false' is backed up by ABSOLUTELY NO DATA/PROOF.

And will be treated as such by most/all those those with open minds on the subject.

    Hey old fart troll?
    You want the jabs?
    Go get 'em.

What the rest of us do is none of your fucking business.
And if you die because you catch Covid-19 from some youngster?
    That is called 'shit happens'.

    Bye now.

LOL, do you promise you're leaving this time? Seem kind of upset. I thought just trolls launched ad homs. I guess not, huh?

Your statement, and this study, are SPECIFIC to people who were infected with Delta between May and November in California and New York. That's it. There is no need for me to disprove your statement, because it is not PROVEN by this study.

Yes, what you do IS my business, because you are prolonging the pandemic by spreading false information. In other words, by lying. That's what liars do.

Do these conflict with the CDC study? No. They are simply far less targeted or they target a different time frame. You lose. Again.
