Following Saturday's hostage standoff resulting in Islamic terrorist Malik Faisal Akram being shot and killed, White Louse Mistress of Misinformation "Red" Jen "Psucky" Psaki was asked why the United States government did not have any information on Akram.
"How is it that an individual who was known to MI5 in Britain, who was on a watch list as of 2020, ended up in a synagogue in Texas? How did that happen?" one reporter asked.
"Our understanding, and obviously we're still looking into this, is that he was checked against US government databases multiple times prior to entering the country, and the US government did not have any derogatory information about the individual in our systems at the time of entry," stammered Psucky Psaki.
"We're certainly looking back ,as I referenced, at what occurred to learn every possible lesson we can to prevent attacks like this in the future. Beyond that, I'd certainly refer you to the Department Homeland Security," she bleated, sweating profusely.
Akram had been on the watch list of Britain's MI5 security service as a “subject of interest” since 2020.

Gabbard tells FBI to ditch 'woke' political correctness, focus on 'actual threats' like Texas hostage taker
Tulsi Gabbard called on bungling Biden's Federal Bureau of Investigation to stop "trying to be woke" by investigating parents at school board meetings and to instead focus on "actual threats" like the terrorist attack at a Texas synagogue.
"Instead of trying to be ‘woke’/politically correct and targeting parents who care about what schools are teaching their children, the FBI/Dept of Homeland Security should focus on actual threats like the jihadist who terrorized the Texas synagogue," Gabbard said.
Malik Faisal Akram, a Muslim with radical ties, took a rabbi and several others hostage while demanding the release of Aafia Siddiqui.
