Yep. I have ZERO problems with ANYONE voting by mail as long as they provide their DL or SS number or both. Texas never has and never will allow mass mailing out of unsolicited ballots. If you want to vote by mail contact the registrar's office and provide ID and follow the instructions.

The positive thing about the new Texas law is that they have to contact those whose mail-in ballot application and allow them to correct the error. That was not true previously.
