Nope. Not 'flatten the building'. They breached the entrance of one building and one of the nutters shot and killed one of the G men outside.

That's when the shit show started, and multiple fires were set at once.
Once in a while you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

I have never heard of an arrest warrant served as a subpoena. So they would just hope that he would turn himself in, and stop raping children?

The police were there to arrest him. He knew they were police. There is no way it was self defense, even mistaken self defense. Then they want on to murder the police as the police tried to retreat.

Has trump gotten a subpoena yet? They are certainly working there way towards an arrest warrant. With white collar crimes, law enforcement takes it slower.

How about Ruby Ridge? Are you going to try to blame Reno for that too?

Wow! Have you drank the State Kool-Aid. (Is that what he was being 'arrested' for, 'raping children'?)

"On February 28, 1993, in response to reports that the Davidians had been stockpiling illegal weapons at their compound, the Mount Carmel Center, in preparation for the end of the world, Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents raided the property. Their goal: to search the premises and arrest Koresh for unlawful weapons possession. But the plan went south fast, with four federal agents and six Branch Davidians dying in a chaotic shootout. It’s still not clear who fired the first shot."

Howell could have fought the allegations in court, but instead he chose to kill the police.

By the way, it is pretty much established he was guilty.

" Who fired first on that day, the Branch Davidians or the ATF?
The question of who fired first is in dispute. ATF agents who participated in the raid have testified in court and at a congressional hearing that the Branch Davidians fired the first shots. Right after the raid, however, one ATF agent told an investigator that a fellow agent may have shot first, when he killed a dog outside the compound. The agent later retracted the statement, saying that the Branch Davidians had initiated the gunfire. Surviving Branch Davidians have maintained that they did not shoot their guns until they were fired upon by federal authorities."

Howell certainly did not want to bother with a trial.

I wonder if Randy Weaver regrets avoiding a trial for so long?

The whole idea behind the Second Amendment is to prevent an Oppressive Government.
Most people (not you) see Government Death Squads dressed in Camo and loaded down with automatic weapons raiding a home as 'Not American'.

Using Tanks and Helicopters, along with the PsyOps campaign looked even more chickenshit.

It is odd that the Constitution would require a warrant, and then claim that anyone can murder police officers to avoid a warrant.

The Question is 'Who fired first?'.
This looked more like a 'Kill Mission'.
