I would say not. There are 4 plaintiffs in this case. They claim they weren't told they were getting ivermectin. I don't know if they have any solid evidence that was the case so unless the sheriff's department admits it was, they are going to have a hard time proving that to be the case. According to the lawsuit, they want to be reimbursed for an independent medical examination. That might be possible, but they won't be getting huge settlements from the government without proving real harm was done.

Most of the people taking Ivermectin aren’t taking “horse paste.” They’re taking the kind that is made for human consumption.

No doubt some are taking animal grade stuff but not most. And most are paying attention to the dosage.

My pointing this out concerning these people should in no way imply that I approve or am myself participating in self treatment using Ivermectin. But to imply that they’re going to the local Farmers Coop and getting animal grade stuff to use Willy Nilly isn’t accurate.
