Two days after bungling Biden shouted that people who opposed him on abolishing the filibuster are racists, Senate DEMOCRATS blocked a sanctions bill against Putin's Nord Stream 2 pipeline by using the filibuster.

Default Youngkin sworn in, scraps mandates on masks in schools, COVID vaccinations

“Our politics have become too toxic. Soundbites have replaced solutions - taking precedence over good faith problem-solving,” Youngkin said.

He described the path forward as one that would rely on “respect for individual freedom.”

In keeping with tradition, outgoing Gov. Ralph "Coonman" Northam left the Capitol just after Youngkin took the oath of office.

Most of Virginia's other nine living governors joined Youngkin at the ceremony. One notable exception was former Gov. Terry "Global Crossing" McAuliffe, a DEMOCRAT who lost the gubernatorial contest to Youngkin on Nov. 2.

Youngkin signed nine executive orders on his first day in office, and issued two executive directives.

One order called for an investigation into how the Loudoun public school system handled incidents of sexual abuse by "trans" males at two schools.

Default Soros-backed prosecutor facing perjury charges was praised by Shamala Harris

    FEMOCRATS

The Spros-backed Baltimore prosecutor indicted this week on federal perjury charges modeled herself on Shamala Harris, who in turn supported her protégé, saying she “cannot fail.”

Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, 41, previously called Harris her “inspiration” and “role model” as a progressive prosecutor, proudly posting a photo of them smiling together on her Instagram.

“There would be no Marilyn Mosby without Kamala Harris,” the scandal-scarred prosecutor told The Baltimore Sun in November 2020 after her idol’s historic posting as VP-elect.

“She’s a bold, brilliant, beautiful black woman,” Mosby gushed, saying Harris “inspired” her to run as her city’s top prosecutor, a position that is up for re-election later this year.

Mosby said she used Harris’ own work as a California attorney general as a model for her progressive reforms, which already made her a divisive figure ahead of her federal grand jury indictment Thursday on charges of perjury and making false mortgage applications.

The four-count indictment Thursday accuses her of falsely claiming twice to have suffered a work-related financial hardship from COVID-19 in order to request early withdrawals totaling $90,000 from her city employee retirement account to instead buy homes in Florida.

The two perjury counts each carry a maximum sentence of five years in prison and the two mortgage-related counts each carry a maximum of 30 years in prison.

Default Civil rights leader rips Biden-Harris

Philadelphia-born civil rights leader Bob Woodson criticized bungling Joe Biden, Shamala Harris and the DEMOCRAT Party for "hijacking" the movement he helped lead in the 1960s.

Woodson said that the election federalization bill named after fellow civil rights leader John Lewis is not about civil rights or the betterment of the Black community as bungling Biden and other DEMOCRATS claim.

He told the audience that Harris tarnished the movement's legacy and bashed America when she told an interviewer that the United States should "watch how can we talk to other countries about human rights abuses — 'autocracies' — if we in our own country see an erosion of the rights that have been invested in the American people."

"It's part of the whole process that progressives have hijacked the rich legacy of the civil rights movement, really using it as a bludgeon against the country," said Woodson, because Harris was equating the United States with Communist China.

"As long as they can keep Black America in a constant state of agitation, anger and resentment, it means they can easily control them. In other words, they're willing to sacrifice Black bodies for Black votes, even as they hijack the civil rights movement."

The election federalization bill named after Lewis, which has been stymied by moderate DEMOCRATS averse to abolishing the filibuster precedent, is nowhere near the top of the Black community's collective priorities, he continued.

"They're talking about voting rights as the most important issue to Black America," he said. "That's not true. It may be for some elites who profit from it, but every five minutes of every day a child is shot in America, and four times that number of those children are Black," he said of crime waves in cities including his hometown.

"Some of these same murders and are occurring in cities that have been run by Black politicians over the past 50 years," Woodson added. "If racism were the sole culprit, then why are Blacks failing in institutions run by their own people? Why are they failing in political systems where all the control is in the hands of Black politicians?"

Default Tulsi Gabbard: Biden Speech Worse Than Clinton's 'Deplorables' Comment

Joe Biden's speech in Georgia championing voting rights legislation this week was labeled as divisive by former representative Tulsi Gabbard, who was once a contender in the DEMOCRAT Party's presidential primaries.

Gabbard, a former vice chair of the DEMOCRAT National Committee, served as congresswoman for Hawaii's second congressional district until 2021.

Gabbard said, "Hillary's calling tens of millions of Americans deplorables was divisive & disgusting, but Biden has gone further, calling those who disagree with his actions & policies domestic enemies, traitors, and racists."

Newsweek has contacted the White House for comment.

Default Florida residents urge ‘woke’ New Yorkers to leave

BYE. DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU IN THE ASS ON YOUR WAY OUT

The typed message was sharp and crystal clear: “If you are one of those ‘woke’ people – leave Florida. You will be happier elsewhere, as will we.”

In Palm Beach recently, several cars were “papered” with the politically charged message, a sure sign that this year’s high season, when thousands of New Yorkers winter in this tony enclave of the rich and famous, has a decidedly partisan edge to it.

Ask anyone who drives a car with New York plates in South Florida this time of year and they probably won’t be surprised. They get cut off, brushed off and flipped off all the time. It’s one of the cultural hazards of being a “visible” New Yorker. The typical criticism – not always unjustified – is that New Yorkers are pushy, loud and rude.

The friction also reflects the significant demographic shift taking place in the U.S., as millions of northerners in high-tax, low-temperature places take up permanent residency in Republican-run states such as Florida – and threaten to bring their liberal politics with them.

The clash has come into sharper focus during the pandemic, when flocks of northerners migrated to southern climes to ride out the health crisis, and GOP governors such as Ron DeSantis of Florida rejected vaccine and mask mandates like those imposed by the Biden administration and states such as New York and California.

And there’s the unfinished business of the 2020 election. Some said the car vandalism in Palm Beach was another sign of growing support for the town’s most famous current resident, who is visible around town and at his Mar-a-Lago estate.

On the waters in and around Palm Beach, pleasure boats carrying pro-Trump flags and anti-Biden flags are plentiful on weekend afternoons – as are Trump bumper stickers and “Let’s Go Brandon” T-shirts.

Governor DeSantis responded himself by making light of the irony and hypocrisy of blue-state politicians such as Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and several governors who have sought the freedom and warmth of Florida when the draconian pandemic mandates and cold weather of their home states became too much to bear.
