So then- Virginia Giuffre took a half-mill from Epstein in 2009 to keep schtum. Does that release the prince ? We'll find out today.

Two questions arise in my mind; is the deciding judge the sort who will buckle to government pressure in order to appease the Brits ? I ask this because Virginia Giuffre was not called to testify against Maxwell. Was she omitted to protect the prince ?
Also- if a crime has been committed - and it comes to light- it should be prosecuted . It shouldn't be possible to ' buy off ' an investigation. It makes a mockery of justice . It's also a route exclusively for rich people.

A Manhattan court has given the go-ahead for Virginia Giuffre’s sexual assault case against the UK’s Prince Andrew. The prince’s lawyers had tried to have the case dismissed due to a settlement between Giuffre and Jeffrey Epstein.

US District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan ruled on Wednesday that Giuffre’s civil case against Andrew can move ahead to trial.
