Thanks, I'll take a look. It's mostly the canned food that we're short of here.

Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

"While there is plenty of food in the supply chain, we anticipate consumers will continue to experience sporadic disruptions in certain product categories as we have seen over the past year and half due to the continued supply and labor challenges," said Greg Ferrara, the group's president and CEO.

Awesome. A third of the nation has chosen not to vaccinate and most of them are out sick? Irony noted.

I went to Krogers and they had no eggs and only 5-6 gallons of milk. I was told it was a supple chain packaging thing.

Is that when she left you at the Bus Station?

I take my mother shopping (when the GF doesn't) and to all her Dr. appointments.

I am 61. (She is 96 and lives alone, but gave up driving)

No, neither of us require a scooter.

Exactly the best way to pass off blame. Did you notice a lack of workers? or a lot of cashiers you don’t recognize?

She already had the virus, it nearly killed her and she was adamant wearing a mask (got it from her neighbor).

I take her out because I don't want her to get depressed because she's locked up in her apartment. In fact, she really likes riding in my Cobra

Their choice. I’m reminded of the story about the pastor who passed up two boats and a helicopter during a flood believing that God would save him then complained after he drowned.

Omicron is the third wave (First, Delta, Omicron). Thankfully, it’s been relatively mild and may give some protection in the next wave. If, after three waves, with two of them seeing death rates of anti-vaxxers at ten times the rate of fully vaccinated, anyone doesn’t get vaccinated before then next wave, then my sympathy for these idiots will be gone. I’d be totally unforgiving of their stupidity.

Let’s be clear, I’m talking about fucking morons, not the Boy in the Bubble or Christian Scientists.

If the fucking morons get sick, then ship them to a “hospital ship” where the bodies can be easily disposed upon expiration to prevent further stinking up our country with their idiocy.

Obviously, there is no shortage as stores are well stocked and supplies readily available. Just more of that media misinformation to attack Biden's administration. Also, food prices have always fluctuated, and presidents do not set food or meat prices either. Furthermore, the inflation factor has always been part of the economy going back generations and not something that all of a sudden occurred, and to blame President Biden for inflation is a result of being an uninformed and asinine trouble making ignoramus:

    Causes of Inflation:

Inflation is a measure of the rate of rising prices of goods and services in an economy.
Inflation can occur when prices rise due to increases in production costs, such as raw materials and wages.
A surge in demand for products and services can cause inflation as consumers are willing to pay more for the product."

Christmas supply-chain crisis has been averted, Biden and FedEx CEO declare

After pushing for round-the-clock port operations, new transport rules and enlisting the help of big retailers including Walmart Inc. (WMT.N) and Target Corp (TGT.N), the White House says it has made significant progress.

"The much-predicted crisis didn't occur," Biden said. "Packages are moving, gifts are being delivered, shelves are not empty," he said. Shelves at grocery and drug stores are stocked at 90% of their full capacity, he said, and deliveries are happening at a faster rate than before the pandemic.

A record number of goods are moving through Southern California ports faster, with shipping container wait time cut in half, the White House said.
