That is how elections are run. When you vote your name is looked up in the voter rolls. If you are there. they have you sign the ballot. That signature is compared to the one in the book. Then you are given a ballot. After you vote, you're marked as voted. Nobody can vote for you and you cannot vote again. If you try it, a cop will be summoned. They are at the voting stations.
I have volunteered at elections a few times. We have a very good system.
Trump proved how well the system works. he ended recount After recount. They were given. He was given everything he asked for including over 60 court cases. Trump proved clearly and conclusively that our system works.
If you drop off a bunch of votes for people not on the rolls, they cannot be counted. They have to be in the book.
