Do you remember the so-called BLM riots that spread across America in the summer months of 2020?






Yes, of course you do !





Do you remember how in a number of cities (like Portland, Seattle, NYC etc) the rioting was pretty intense, there was: extensive looting - arsonists had set large sections of cities on fire; police on duty during these melees were showered with dangerous missiles (frozen water bottles, bricks, rocks fireworks, even human faeces) and physically assaulted by thugs (all told, 3,300 police were injured in the 2020 riots); vandalism, and so on. There was tremendous damage/destruction of private and state property, totaling around 4 billion dollars, and 35 people lost their lives-chiefly through gunshot homicide.





Yes, you'll certainly remember that. The television news coverage of the 2020 BLM riots often looked like it did in 1968, when the "Tet Offensive" was launched by the communists in the Vietnam war and the NVA/Viet Cong suddenly appeared in Saigon. On their TV news in America, Joe Six-Pack and his wifey watch in horror as they see US GIs have been taken by surprise and it's total f**king chaos: NVA troops, US GIs, South Vietnamese Civilians, ARVN soldiers, Viet Cong are running helter-skelter all over the place; the constant "bang/pop" of rifle rounds M14/AK-47, intermittant bursts of M60 automatic fire, grenades exploding, smoke in the air; shouting and screaming everywhere; GI's ducking for cover and crouching behind cars firing rounds at the Commie gunmen; helicopters swoop past, there are buildings ablaze; now and then the TV camera crews film dead Vietnamese bodies on the ground; a big hole has been blown in the US Embassy by the communists (WTAF!), an overweight US Embassy American bureaucrat is on the lawn in front of the Embassy, he stealthily" tip-toes" towards a large opened door on the ground level, and then, lightening-like, he whips a revolver out from his trouser pocket (OMG) and fires off six rounds: BANG !-BANG !-BANG !-BANG !-BANG !BANK ! up at the third floor level of the building where he thinks Viet Cong guerrillas are (he can't see them). Joe Six-Pack thinks, "Shit. When a paunchy, middle-aged, American bureaucrat in a light - pink Seersucker shirt and brown Courduroy trousers wants to be a hero and kill a squad of Viet Cong that forced him and his co-workers out of their offices - the situation is bad - very bad. My point is, that watching some of the BLM riots of 2020 on TV, I thought the parts of the cities where they were taking place looked literally like war-zones.




Do you remember how prosecutors in some cities simply released rioters without charging them for their crimes? And still others chose not to prosecute whole categories of criminal activity? They failed to execute the laws set out by each state's legislature.





If you don't recall this, you should, as this is a forum for individuals with an interest in (mainly US) politics. In any case, let me assure you this DID happen. In 2020, certain American cities had no interest AT ALL in charging and convicting BLM thugs for their criminal misbehaviours.

The answer is that a network of of very wealthy, radical, leftists led by, George Soros, (a Hungarian-American billionaire speculator and financier) have poured over $100,000,000 (USD) in "dark money" (so called because it is difficult to trace) to bank-roll political activities in races for state and local prosecutors. Their goal? Their goal is to install far-left/extreme "Progressive" to undermine the American Criminal Justice System at every level. Why? Because sowing the seed of chaos into America's criminal justice system will damage America as a whole. If the current criminal justice system collapsed, there would be anarchy in the USA. In recent years George Soros has funded several leftist/"Progressive candidates in District Attorney races across America. He does this because he knows that DA have very substantial discretionary powers in the criminal justice system when it comes to issues like cash-bail, sentencing and so on. Soros also knows that they are all fools and can be relied upon to cause MORE, not LESS, crime in whatever jurisdiction they are working. Here are some examples of "progressive" DA's that Soros has bank-rolled...






(1) $417,000 to help re-elect Kim Foxx in March, 2020, as State's Attorney in Cook County (Chicago).


(2) $1.95,000,000 for DA Larry Krasners victory in May, 2017, Philadelphia.


(3) $236,000 to DA John Creuzot in Dallas (Texas), who sought to end mass incarceration in 2018.


(4) $958,000 to Joe Gonzales in 2018, San Antonio, Texas.


(5) $625,000 to DA Chesa Boudin appointed 2019, San Francisco, California.





Actually I've got to tell you a bit about Chesa, because he's a real star when it comes to leftie/Progressive, radical reformist DAs.






So, buckle up for a trip into "The Twilight Zone."






Chesa's parents were both members of the notorious "Weather Underground" terrorist gang. They ended up murdering two cops and a security guard during a botched raid. His mother got 20 to life, and his father got 75 to life. So after this Chesa had to be raised by adoptive parents who were - wait for it - also members of the Weather Underground: Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dohrn. Even though he could not read until he was 9 years-old, Chesa somehow managed to be awarded a Rhodes Scholarship (???) and traipsed across the pond in 2003 to study at St Anthony's College in Oxford University (England). Now how the f**k did a kid who was raised by violent, terrorist, Marxist scum, manage to get himself into Oxford University (?) - one of the most revered, exclusive and prestigious Universities in the world. I can tell you one thing I know, the kids who study at Oxford all come from (at the very least) well-off, upper middle - class, conservative English families. There is an interview process involved in the admission procedures for Oxford, and if you tell the senior academic who is interviewing you that your parents and adoptive parents were both crazy, violent, criminal, low-life, then you aint going to score a place in Oxford, dude ! Moving on after he was sworn in as DA for San Francisco in 2020 Chesa quickly unleashed a torrent of radical progressive criminal justice reforms.: he eliminated cash bail; did not seek charges for contraband found during "pretextural" traffic stops, stated that he would not charge status enhancements that increase jail sentences, such as gang membership or for having "three strikes", said that there would (effectively be no charge sought for the theft of goods (e.g shop-lifted goods) worth $950 or less. These reforms were largely intended to reduce racial disparities/ inequities in policing and sentencing. IOW to reduce the disproportionate number of Blacks (African-Americans) in prison. So, Chesa succeeded in reducing racial inequity in his prisons, BUT it bit him on the ass. What happened was that he released, or declined to seek charges against so many Blacks, that they thought to themselves: "Goody gum drops, brothers (!) lets go for it" ! And they soon organized themselves into looting squads and started stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from high-end stores and pharmacies. They figured no one's going to try and stop us and if we do get caught, we'll probably just be given a warning and put on probation or told to attend some poxy intervention program (that we wont attend) or some other BS.








Chesa was also pleased to endorse the reforms of his progressive predecessor, DA George Gascon. George Gascon was another "class act" who had made it legal to poop in public in San Francisco. If you felt inclined to "lay a cable" on the sidewalk in front of an up-market boutique like "Chanel", then you could go right ahead - it was all cool. Or, if you were a "pleb" who wanted to message - "Power to the People" - you could piss all over the front display window at a snobby, dress shop like "Angelica Pretty", if you wanted. And not just that, but George made it legal to shoot-up "smack" and "meth" and other deadly, addictive drugs in public (the City even supplies you with free, new syringes). Oh yeah, (I almost forgot), prostitution was legalised as well. So if you're a "Skanky Hoe" in San Fran you can "hawk your fork" whenever and wherever you like ( Imagine sitting in church and hearing a female voice in the pew behind you whisper in you ear :"Would ya like some bizzniz darlin'? Twenny a suck an' for an extra five I'll swallow ?" As for John Chisholm, he first ran for office as DA (Milwaukee County) in 2007. He campaigned for re-election as DA and won in the general election of 3rd November, 2020. Chisholm was definitely backed by Soros - he is, after all, the "wise", elder leftie progressive, criminal justice reformer in the "new wave" of lunatic lawmen like Chesa Boudin and Co (above) but he will not come clean about any affiliation he has with this Soros. At the same time he has not challeged any of the 100's of journalists who have published articles asserting that he has received funding for political activities from Soros.





DA John Chisolm is like a big, ugly version of AOC, he is a radical, "Progressive, Democrat, SJW who has got s**t for brains. Like Chesa Boudin he is particularly concerned about racial inequity in the criminal justice system. That is, he is appalled by the fact that Blacks (African -Americans) make up about 12% of America's population, but 33% of the US prison population, while, at the same time Whitey (Western European-descended) Americans account for around 64% of of the population of the US, but only 30% of those in prison. Chisholm believes that this INEQUITY ought be rectified. Achieving racial EQUITY means that racial groups like Blacks and Whites in America, for eqample will attain EQUAL OUTCOMES in life, or as Kamala Harris put it in her 2020 election campaign advertisement, "EQUITY MEANS WE ALL END UP AT THE SAME PLACE" (This is a fundamental communist principle, of course, namely, socioeconomic levelling). At present there is a glaring disparity of outcomes in America's criminal justice system because Blacks are 7 times more likely to be incarcerated than Whites, and being in prison is not a desirable life outcome.





Chisholm felt duty-bound to rectify the racial inequity in the criminal justice system (CJS). He believed he could work towards the goal of racial equity in the CJS by using the system's own policies, procedures and processes to decrease the inordinately large NUMBERS of Blacks who were incarcerated (as a progressive reformer he had other goals besides this one, but I want to focus on his idiotic push to rectify racial inequity in the CJS, because it was THIS that resulted in the appalling recent slaughter in Waukesha on 21 November, 2021.







One of the reasons that there are so many Blacks in prison in America, is that they are unable to make cash bail and are therefore put in prison pre-trial. The reason that many cannot afford the cash bail set in their case is that there are long-standing and very substantial wealth disparities between Blacks and Whites in America. In fact, today, in 2021, the TYPICAL White family in the US has 8 times the wealth of the TYPICAL Black family.







HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A LEFTIST -"PROGRESSIVE" REFORMER LIKE JOHN CHISHOLM IS ELECTED TO OFFICE AS A DISTRICT ATTORNEY






Darrell Brooks Jr is a 39 year-old Black (mulatto) who has a 20-year crimal history spanning three states. He is a tattoo-festooned, dreadlocked, ignorant, antisocial grub.Brooks is also a chronic drug abuser, he aparrantly has a penchant for methamphetamine, which may mean his brain is scrambled Brooks also has a distinctive, fundamentalist - style, Islamic beard (I call it "ISIS chic" or "Taliban chic", this because he is a member of a bizarre Islamic-influenced, Black sect called the "Five Percent Nation". The members of the "Nation" are Black nationalists/separatists, Black Supremacists and virulent, anti-White racists who despise America and Christianity. To continue...Brooks is a non-compliant registered sex offender in Nevada and has a rap sheet that is literally over 50 pages long.







On July the 27th, 2020 Brook shot at his newpew and another person. The Milwaukee County DA's Office charged him with two counts of 2nd degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and one of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Cash bail was originally set at $10,000, then reduced to $7,500 and ultimately lowered to $500 (!) which Brooks posted on February 21st, 2021.





For his next stunt, Brooks punched his ex-girlfriend in the face with a closed fist and then RAN OVER HER in his red SUV (!) On November 5th, 2021 he was charged (again) with: 2nd degree Recklessly Endangering Safety; Felony Bail-Jumping, Battery; Obstructing An Officer and Disorderly Conduct. Cash bail was set at $1,000 by the court which Brooks posted on November 11th.





Just 10 days later, Brooks deliberately drove his red SUV at speed into a crowd of revellers (all White Americans) who were participating in a Christmas Parade march. Brooks was observed to zig-zag his vehicle as it sped through the crowd seeking to maximize the number of marchers he could mow down. This is a form of terrorism that is relatively unique to Islamic extremists, hence its moniker: "Vehicular Jihad" (recall that Brooks was a member of a militant Islamist-type "religious"/political sect). The result was a bloodbath: 6 people were killed and 68 (including 18 children) seriously or critically injured The sixth person to die was an 8 year-old boy who succombed to his injuries in hospital after 5 or so days struggling to stay alive. The mind of any decent human being reels at the horror of this evil atrocity.






The way I see it, DA John Chisholm has blood on his hands. How could be possibly have set Brooks bail at a paultry $1,000 and enable Brooks to venture back onto the streets. Given Brook's extrordinary violent criminal history, his chronic abuse of potent psychostimulent drugs and so on it seems to me, there was clearly no rational justification for setting such a low cash bail. But unfortunately, DA John Chisholm, was one of those arrogant, self-righteous pricks who knew better. Yes, He had a higher moral duty to fulfill, namely acting to progress racial equity in the Milwaukee criminal justice system. For John Chisholm what mattered most was keeping Blacks out of prison, and because the typical Black is quite poor, they would not be able to post cash bail that is set too high. So, even though Brooks was a high-risk felon, he was Black man and he was poor - (and this, BTW, was all a result of the wicked, Whitey Americans deviously developing systemic, institutional and structural racism throughout the entirity of American society, plus the transgenerational trauma that is a legacy of slavery and the brutal predations of the KKK, and, in short, all the rest of the multitude of bad-ass things that the oppressive culture of American Whitey supremacism has inflicted on the Black man !!) - so in the sacred name of RACIAL EQUITY, I , the just and fair, John Chisholm DA, do hereby set a low cash bail in the case this poor, wretched Black man - Darrell Brooks Jr.





So, Darrell Brooks Jr. posted his $1,000 cash bail on the 11th of November and was released back into the community. Just 10 days later ,however, on Sunday the 21st of November, he plowed his red SUV, at speed through the Christmas Paraders in Waukesha, launching a "vehicular jihad" that suddenly turned a peaceful, happy celebration into a terrifying bloodbath.





Well, when the public found out that Brooks had a 20 - year criminal history across three states that had generated a rap sheet longer than the first five books of the Bible including: non-compliance as a registered sex offender, multiple convictions for assault, battery; shooting at his nephew and an individual nearby, multiple convictions for bail-jumping, driving his red SUV over his ex-girl friend at a gas station after punching her in the face, illegal possession of a firearm, obstruction of police officers (multiple convictions) possession/trafficking of controlled drugs (multiple convictions;, rape, and the list goes on, they immediately wondered why such an inherently lawless and violent ass-hole was at large in the community on the 21st of November, and not locked up behind bars ? Then they learned this was because a indefensibly low cash bail had been set respecting to the most recent set of criminal charges that had been brought against Brooks by DA John Chisholm's Milwaulkie County Office on the 5th of November. Brooks was able to post the $1,000 cash bail that had been set on the 11th of November and was released.





After Brookes perpetrating his massacre on the 21st of November, and was taken into custody, DA John Chisholm knew that the shit would hit the fan BIG TIME. He would (rightly) be held responsible for the fact that Brooks had gone on his murderous rampage after he had posted a cash bail that Blind Freddy could see was far too low So Chisholm promptly announces that the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office will opening an investigation into the the low cash bail that was set for Brookes. But we already know why the bail process allowed the suspect (Brookes) back onto the streets; it was because RACIAL EQUITY DEMANDED IT. It was NOT REDUCING CRIME that demanded it. It was the goal of achieving RACIAL EQUITY - making sure that the Crimal Justice System strived to provide equal OUTCOMES for Black and White Americans with whom it was dealing. For a major league, Progressive Democrat dickhead like John Chisholm, racial equity is a NUMBERS GAME; it's all about reducing the number of Black people who are in prison. We need to reduce the number of poor Blacks in our prisons, because at present there are a DISPROPORTIONATE number of them being locked up relative to Whitey Americans, and it's just not fair !






John Chisholm himself has admitted what the costs of his progressive reforms of policies will be. He was first elected to the position of Milwaukee County District Attorney in 2007. That same year in an interview with the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal he said....

The latest news re John Chisholm is that he is blaming the tragedy at Waukesha on his female Assistant District Attorny. It her fault - she's the one who screwed up is basically what big, brave John is saying. It still gets out through secondary and tertiary channels like social media where the MSM has no control and even those that run the sites can't respond before it has gotten beyond their control. The best both can do is try to slow the spread and even that is getting harder.

In recent years George Soros has funded several leftist/"Progressive candidates in District Attorney races across America. He does this because he knows that DA have very substantial discretionary powers in the criminal justice system when it comes to issues like cash-bail, sentencing and so on. Soros also knows that they are all fools and can be relied upon to cause MORE, not LESS, crime in whatever jurisdiction they are working. Here are some examples of "progressive" DA's that Soros has bank-rolled...






(1) $417,000 to help re-elect Kim Foxx in March, 2020, as State's Attorney in Cook County (Chicago).


(2) $1.95,000,000 for DA Larry Krasners victory in May, 2017, Philadelphia.


(3) $236,000 to DA John Creuzot in Dallas (Texas), who sought to end mass incarceration in 2018.


(4) $958,000 to Joe Gonzales in 2018, San Antonio, Texas.


(5) $625,000 to DA Chesa Boudin appointed 2019, San Francisco, California.





Actually I've got to tell you a bit about Chesa, because he's a real star when it comes to leftie/Progressive, radical reformist DAs.

Chesa's parents were both members of the notorious "Weather Underground" terrorist gang. They ended up murdering two cops and a security guard during a botched raid. His mother got 20 to life, and his father got 75 to life. So after this Chesa had to be raised by adoptive parents who were - wait for it - also members of the Weather Underground: Bill Ayers and Bernadette Dohrn. Even though he could not read until he was 9 years-old, Chesa somehow managed to be awarded a Rhodes Scholarship (???) and traipsed across the pond in 2003 to study at St Anthony's College in Oxford University (England). Now how the f**k did a kid who was raised by violent, terrorist, Marxist scum, manage to get himself into Oxford University (?) - one of the most revered, exclusive and prestigious Universities in the world. I can tell you one thing I know, the kids who study at Oxford all come from (at the very least) well-off, upper middle - class, conservative English families. There is an interview process involved in the admission procedures for Oxford, and if you tell the senior academic who is interviewing you that your parents and adoptive parents were both crazy, violent, criminal, low-life, then you aint going to score a place in Oxford, dude ! Moving on after he was sworn in as DA for San Francisco in 2020 Chesa quickly unleashed a torrent of radical progressive criminal justice reforms.: he eliminated cash bail; did not seek charges for contraband found during "pretextural" traffic stops, stated that he would not charge status enhancements that increase jail sentences, such as gang membership or for having "three strikes", said that there would (effectively be no charge sought for the theft of goods (e.g shop-lifted goods) worth $950 or less. These reforms were largely intended to reduce racial disparities/ inequities in policing and sentencing. IOW to reduce the disproportionate number of Blacks (African-Americans) in prison. So, Chesa succeeded in reducing racial inequity in his prisons, BUT it bit him on the ass. What happened was that he released, or declined to seek charges against so many Blacks, that they thought to themselves: "Goody gum drops, brothers (!) lets go for it" ! And they soon organized themselves into looting squads and started stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from high-end stores and pharmacies. They figured no one's going to try and stop us and if we do get caught, we'll probably just be given a warning and put on probation or told to attend some poxy intervention program (that we wont attend) or some other BS.








Chesa was also pleased to endorse the reforms of his progressive predecessor, DA George Gascon. George Gascon was another "class act" who had made it legal to poop in public in San Francisco. If you felt inclined to "lay a cable" on the sidewalk in front of an up-market boutique like "Chanel", then you could go right ahead - it was all cool. Or, if you were a "pleb" who wanted to message - "Power to the People" - you could piss all over the front display window at a snobby, dress shop like "Angelica Pretty", if you wanted. And not just that, but George made it legal to shoot-up "smack" and "meth" and other deadly, addictive drugs in public (the City even supplies you with free, new syringes). Oh yeah, (I almost forgot), prostitution was legalised as well. So if you're a "Skanky Hoe" in San Fran you can "hawk your fork" whenever and wherever you like ( Imagine sitting in church and hearing a female voice in the pew behind you whisper in you ear :"Would ya like some bizzniz darlin'? Twenny a suck an' for an extra five I'll swallow ?" As for John Chisholm, he first ran for office as DA (Milwaukee County) in 2007. He campaigned for re-election as DA and won in the general election of 3rd November, 2020. Chisholm was definitely backed by Soros - he is, after all, the "wise", elder leftie progressive, criminal justice reformer in the "new wave" of lunatic lawmen like Chesa Boudin and Co (above) but he will not come clean about any affiliation he has with this Soros. At the same time he has not challeged any of the 100's of journalists who have published articles asserting that he has received funding for political activities from Soros.





DA John Chisolm is like a big, ugly version of AOC, he is a radical, "Progressive, Democrat, SJW who has got s**t for brains. Like Chesa Boudin he is particularly concerned about racial inequity in the criminal justice system. That is, he is appalled by the fact that Blacks (African -Americans) make up about 12% of America's population, but 33% of the US prison population, while, at the same time Whitey (Western European-descended) Americans account for around 64% of of the population of the US, but only 30% of those in prison. Chisholm believes that this INEQUITY ought be rectified. Achieving racial EQUITY means that racial groups like Blacks and Whites in America, for eqample will attain EQUAL OUTCOMES in life, or as Kamala Harris put it in her 2020 election campaign advertisement, "EQUITY MEANS WE ALL END UP AT THE SAME PLACE" (This is a fundamental communist principle, of course, namely, socioeconomic levelling). At present there is a glaring disparity of outcomes in America's criminal justice system because Blacks are 7 times more likely to be incarcerated than Whites, and being in prison is not a desirable life outcome.





Chisholm felt duty-bound to rectify the racial inequity in the criminal justice system (CJS). He believed he could work towards the goal of racial equity in the CJS by using the system's own policies, procedures and processes to decrease the inordinately large NUMBERS of Blacks who were incarcerated (as a progressive reformer he had other goals besides this one, but I want to focus on his idiotic push to rectify racial inequity in the CJS, because it was THIS that resulted in the appalling recent slaughter in Waukesha on 21 November, 2021.







One of the reasons that there are so many Blacks in prison in America, is that they are unable to make cash bail and are therefore put in prison pre-trial. The reason that many cannot afford the cash bail set in their case is that there are long-standing and very substantial wealth disparities between Blacks and Whites in America. In fact, today, in 2021, the TYPICAL White family in the US has 8 times the wealth of the TYPICAL Black family.







HERE'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A LEFTIST -"PROGRESSIVE" REFORMER LIKE JOHN CHISHOLM IS ELECTED TO OFFICE AS A DISTRICT ATTORNEY






Darrell Brooks Jr is a 39 year-old Black (mulatto) who has a 20-year crimal history spanning three states. He is a tattoo-festooned, dreadlocked, ignorant, antisocial grub.Brooks is also a chronic drug abuser, he aparrantly has a penchant for methamphetamine, which may mean his brain is scrambled Brooks also has a distinctive, fundamentalist - style, Islamic beard (I call it "ISIS chic" or "Taliban chic", this because he is a member of a bizarre Islamic-influenced, Black sect called the "Five Percent Nation". The members of the "Nation" are Black nationalists/separatists, Black Supremacists and virulent, anti-White racists who despise America and Christianity. To continue...Brooks is a non-compliant registered sex offender in Nevada and has a rap sheet that is literally over 50 pages long.







On July the 27th, 2020 Brook shot at his newpew and another person. The Milwaukee County DA's Office charged him with two counts of 2nd degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and one of being a felon in possession of a firearm. Cash bail was originally set at $10,000, then reduced to $7,500 and ultimately lowered to $500 (!) which Brooks posted on February 21st, 2021.





For his next stunt, Brooks punched his ex-girlfriend in the face with a closed fist and then RAN OVER HER in his red SUV (!) On November 5th, 2021 he was charged (again) with: 2nd degree Recklessly Endangering Safety; Felony Bail-Jumping, Battery; Obstructing An Officer and Disorderly Conduct. Cash bail was set at $1,000 by the court which Brooks posted on November 11th.





Just 10 days later, Brooks deliberately drove his red SUV at speed into a crowd of revellers (all White Americans) who were participating in a Christmas Parade march. Brooks was observed to zig-zag his vehicle as it sped through the crowd seeking to maximize the number of marchers he could mow down. This is a form of terrorism that is relatively unique to Islamic extremists, hence its moniker: "Vehicular Jihad" (recall that Brooks was a member of a militant Islamist-type "religious"/political sect). The result was a bloodbath: 6 people were killed and 68 (including 18 children) seriously or critically injured The sixth person to die was an 8 year-old boy who succombed to his injuries in hospital after 5 or so days struggling to stay alive. The mind of any decent human being reels at the horror of this evil atrocity.






The way I see it, DA John Chisholm has blood on his hands. How could be possibly have set Brooks bail at a paultry $1,000 and enable Brooks to venture back onto the streets. Given Brook's extrordinary violent criminal history, his chronic abuse of potent psychostimulent drugs and so on it seems to me, there was clearly no rational justification for setting such a low cash bail. But unfortunately, DA John Chisholm, was one of those arrogant, self-righteous pricks who knew better. Yes, He had a higher moral duty to fulfill, namely acting to progress racial equity in the Milwaukee criminal justice system. For John Chisholm what mattered most was keeping Blacks out of prison, and because the typical Black is quite poor, they would not be able to post cash bail that is set too high. So, even though Brooks was a high-risk felon, he was Black man and he was poor - (and this, BTW, was all a result of the wicked, Whitey Americans deviously developing systemic, institutional and structural racism throughout the entirity of American society, plus the transgenerational trauma that is a legacy of slavery and the brutal predations of the KKK, and, in short, all the rest of the multitude of bad-ass things that the oppressive culture of American Whitey supremacism has inflicted on the Black man !!) - so in the sacred name of RACIAL EQUITY, I , the just and fair, John Chisholm DA, do hereby set a low cash bail in the case this poor, wretched Black man - Darrell Brooks Jr.





So, Darrell Brooks Jr. posted his $1,000 cash bail on the 11th of November and was released back into the community. Just 10 days later ,however, on Sunday the 21st of November, he plowed his red SUV, at speed through the Christmas Paraders in Waukesha, launching a "vehicular jihad" that suddenly turned a peaceful, happy celebration into a terrifying bloodbath.





Well, when the public found out that Brooks had a 20 - year criminal history across three states that had generated a rap sheet longer than the first five books of the Bible including: non-compliance as a registered sex offender, multiple convictions for assault, battery; shooting at his nephew and an individual nearby, multiple convictions for bail-jumping, driving his red SUV over his ex-girl friend at a gas station after punching her in the face, illegal possession of a firearm, obstruction of police officers (multiple convictions) possession/trafficking of controlled drugs (multiple convictions;, rape, and the list goes on, they immediately wondered why such an inherently lawless and violent ass-hole was at large in the community on the 21st of November, and not locked up behind bars ? Then they learned this was because a indefensibly low cash bail had been set respecting to the most recent set of criminal charges that had been brought against Brooks by DA John Chisholm's Milwaulkie County Office on the 5th of November. Brooks was able to post the $1,000 cash bail that had been set on the 11th of November and was released.





After Brookes perpetrating his massacre on the 21st of November, and was taken into custody, DA John Chisholm knew that the shit would hit the fan BIG TIME. He would (rightly) be held responsible for the fact that Brooks had gone on his murderous rampage after he had posted a cash bail that Blind Freddy could see was far too low So Chisholm promptly announces that the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office will opening an investigation into the the low cash bail that was set for Brookes. But we already know why the bail process allowed the suspect (Brookes) back onto the streets; it was because RACIAL EQUITY DEMANDED IT. It was NOT REDUCING CRIME that demanded it. It was the goal of achieving RACIAL EQUITY - making sure that the Crimal Justice System strived to provide equal OUTCOMES for Black and White Americans with whom it was dealing. For a major league, Progressive Democrat dickhead like John Chisholm, racial equity is a NUMBERS GAME; it's all about reducing the number of Black people who are in prison. We need to reduce the number of poor Blacks in our prisons, because at present there are a DISPROPORTIONATE number of them being locked up relative to Whitey Americans, and it's just not fair !

The problem with this is that it's quickly backfiring. The backlash against the increase in crime is rising quickly. The Defund the Police movement is all but dead. Prosecutors that went soft on criminals are now targets of recalls, and likely to be turned out of office by angry voters. The problem for the Left is one of timing. They couldn't bring about a collapse of things within one or two voting cycles and that is leading to their demise.

What has killed the Left in all this is a lack of appreciation and understanding that we are now well into the electronics age and things that a few decades ago would take months or years to figure out and get into the public eye now take hours to days. Stuff can't be covered up by lack of reporting in the MSM. It still gets out through secondary and tertiary channels like social media where the MSM has no control and even those that run the sites can't respond before it has gotten beyond their control. The best both can do is try to slow the spread and even that is getting harder.

Yeah, that's a very good point - the time factor per the electronic/cyber era we are now living in ( here in the West). What still concerns me is that when there are bad actors on the scene (like the Marist/"Progressive" cabal that are currently running America through Biden) IF they are given the opportunity they can do tremendous damge very quickly. This group, founded on a lie, condemned proactive policing, argued for a radical reduction of the prison population, and championed a “de-militarization” of police departments. Its most enduring contribution to the public debate, however, was the libel that our men and women in blue are racist and target Americans based on the color of their skin.

The media and progressive politicians, including former President Obama, fueled this anti-cop movement. A toxic distrust of the police soon permeated the U.S. Department of Justice and many mayors’ offices across the country. Police suffered withering criticism, widespread civilian resentment, and ever-intensifying scrutiny. Fearing for their jobs and facing demands for leniency, some officers pared back proactive law enforcement, while other officers were actually prohibited from doing their jobs.

Where police withdrew, violent crime surged. After Michael Brown’s death, arrests in St. Louis plummeted by over 30 percent and murder rose 47 percent. St. Louis’s police chief, Sam Dodson, soon labeled this de-policing phenomenon the “Ferguson Effect.” Enforcement plummeted in other major cities as well, with overall arrests dropping by 15 percent in New York City and 33 percent in Baltimore by the fall 2015. Between 2014 and 2016, de-policing and associated policies resulted in the largest two-year increase in murder in half a century — and a 31 percent rise in murder in our major cities.

The BLM Effect caused an even more shocking drop in policing, paired with a stunning rise in murder. From last summer to this winter, police in Chicago made 53 percent fewer arrests compared with the same period in 2019. Murder in the city rose by 65 percent. In New York, police made 38 percent fewer arrests and murder rose by 58 percent. In Louisville, Ky., police made 35 percent fewer arrests and murder rose by 87 percent. In Minneapolis, Minn., police made 42 percent fewer arrests and murder rose by 64 percent.

The BLM Effect shares similarities with the Ferguson Effect, but is distinct in important ways, particularly in severity and extent of damage. Between 2014 and 2016, murder nationwide rose 23 percent. In 2020 alone, murder increased by more than 25 percent. In essence, the BLM Effect unleashed more death in a single year than two years of the Ferguson Effect.

Rioting and looting also surpassed Ferguson Effect numbers. From 2014 to 2016, political violence was largely isolated in a handful of cities and limited in duration. The Ferguson and Baltimore riots of 2014 and 2015, which were the most destructive of that period, generated less than $50 million in property damage combined. In 2020, hundreds of riots broke out nationwide, wounding over 2,000 officers, and inflicting nearly $2 billion worth of property damage. In Portland, Ore., rioters and anarchists took to the streets for more than 100 days in a row. The 2020 BLM riots were the most destructive in U.S. history.

Years of institutional decay and the maturation of a poisonous ideology maximized the destruction of the BLM Effect. The activists and BLM supporters of the Ferguson era are now mayors, district attorneys, and state’s attorneys in cities where the BLM Effect is taking the greatest toll — and they are partnering with new activists who are even more radical than they were.

When the Ferguson crime wave started, most major cities had enduring respect for law and order, with policies dating back to the crime crackdown of the 1990s. Michael Bloomberg had only recently left office in New York City, and Rahm Emanuel reigned in Chicago. For all their faults, these were not virulently anti-law-enforcement leaders. Emanuel worried that the Ferguson Effect rendered his officers “fetal,” while Bloomberg had continued most of the pro-police policies of the Giuliani era. The years of pro-enforcement policies and advocacy before the Ferguson Effect provided an institutional bulwark against violence and deterioration of order.

By 2020, however, years of cynicism, anti-cop reforms, and a new generation of dangerous demagogues had weakened the rule of law. The most anti-NYPD mayor in New York City history, Bill de Blasio, was in his seventh year in office, cop-hater Lori Lightfoot was in power in Chicago, and other progressive mayors took office in towns and cities nationwide. So-called “progressive prosecutors” soon followed and now refuse to charge misdemeanor offenders and avoid serious sentences for career criminals. As city halls abandoned or even opposed their own police forces in 2020, violent rioters and common criminals alike were emboldened.

It wasn’t just municipal leaders who radicalized in the years after the Ferguson crime wave; BLM activists and their allies also became more extreme. Demands for defunding and abolishing entire police departments replaced calls for de-militarization and reform. Last year, BLM activists also worked alongside the domestic-terrorist group Antifa to engage in widespread attacks against police precincts and federal courthouses, an audacity not seen during the Ferguson era.

A vice grip of extremism both from the bottom-up and top-down resulted in 20 major cities defunding their police departments, the removal of police from schools in many municipalities, and even the attempted abolition of the Minneapolis Police Department. New York City alone shifted nearly $1 billion from the NYPD, and Los Angeles cut funding to its police department by $150 million. Both cities also disbanded specialized units focused on combatting violent crime. Several cities also limited the use of non-lethal crowd control tools such as tear gas, pepper spray, and rubber bullets, forcing officers into ever-more-dangerous situations.

Even officers who weathered the Ferguson era have now decided to turn in their badges and hang up their uniforms, and it’s hard to blame them. Between April 2020 and April 2021, nationwide police retirements rose 45 percent while resignations increased by 18 percent. In New York City, home to one of the best police forces in the world, police retirements surged a stunning 72 percent last year. Last month, the entire Portland Rapid Response Team resigned en masse, and more than 10 percent of the Portland Police Bureau left the force in the nine months after the rioting started.

Recruitment of officers has similarly suffered, with 86 percent of police chiefs reporting that they are short-staffed. Between April 2020 and April 2021, as crime and retirements surged, the rate of hiring in mid-sized departments dropped 29 percent and plummeted 36 percent in large departments. The flood of officers out of larger departments, paired with the trickle of recruits, will exacerbate the ongoing crime disaster.

The institutional wreckage wrought by the BLM Effect is a symptom of a deeper ideological cancer. In the days to come, we must work to rebuke the radical anti-cop ideology that emerged in 2014–2016, metastasized from 2017–2019, and became debilitating in 2020. If the ideas that undergird the movement remain unchallenged, the BLM Effect will continue.

Policing is indeed one of the greatest civil-rights issues of our time. Weak policing, weak prosecuting, and weak sentencing hurts black Americans more than any other group of our citizens. African Americans tragically constitute approximately half of all murder victims and regularly suffer the brunt of damage resulting from riots. Their lives matter.

The fair-weather protesters, who so fondly decry systemic racism, fail to see a cruel irony. If, as they claim, racist policy is defined solely by racially disparate outcomes, then their weak-on-crime proposals are in fact breathtakingly racist. When it comes to the morality of the rule of law, we should never take lectures from those who coddle criminals.”
