There's plenty of people out there--almost all on the Left--that argue in favor of late-term abortion. Most of these arguments are couched in terms of protecting the health of the mother while making an argument for late term abortion on demand. That is, they make the argument from restrictive and positive sounding positions while demanding the least restrictive and least reasonable legal position to be adopted.
