ROE v WADE WAS AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL, "POLITICAL" DECISION. ABORTION IS NOT "SPEECH" AS IT ASININELY CLAIMS.

Where does Roe say anything about being "speech"?

This is not a supreme court like the others. Now we expect nominees to flat out lie. That is what the process has become.

A Modest Proposal For Separating Blue States From Red

    Dear Red-State Trump Voter,
Let’s face it, guys: We’re done.

It is a tragedy that so much of the work that so many men and women toiled at for so long to make this a better country, and a better world, has been thrown away, leaving us all in such needless peril.

This is why our separation in all but name is necessary.

yes, their OWN bodies, not the body of an unborn human being inside their body. But lets pursue your "logic" a little further. and I'm going to ignore your juvenile attempt to insult me.

Using your logic, why shouldn't a mother be able to kill a 2 year old when he or she becomes a financial problem or interferes with her social life? If inconvenience is the criteria for murder, why does it only apply pre birth?

There are two bodies involved...two hearts, two brains...the mother has the right to do what she wants with her own body but not the unborn baby who has rights too.

This will all be settled in a few months and I believe the right for a mother to murder her own child will be restricted...greatly.

Why do you believe the Federal or state government should control a person's body?

I suspect you wouldn't have your panties in a bunch if 6 of the SC members were all alt-lefties. Now that we have all seen the true side of Garland, I will be sending a cash donation for McConnel's re-election.

The Republican Party has been screaming "activist judges" for years and now they've proved they are the ones doing it.

The Republican Party has stuffed SCOTUS with activist judges to politicize the Supreme Court. Sad. I used to respect the US Supreme Court, now I know it's filled with liars.

Brett Cavanaugh? LIED during his nomination process.

Amy Coney Barrett? LIED during her nomination process.

Clarence Thomas? LIED during his nomination process.

How can a nation respect lying justices or a kangaroo court that simply follows party politics?

I posted basically the same thing.

Soto would not be worried that “the Constitution and its reading are just political acts” if the Court was 5-4 or 6-3 liberal.

    She never supports the Constitution...ever.
