All due to white male racism

Nonsense. Just saying the words doesn't make it so, any more than your stupid story about spitting in the dude's face makes you racist. It's simple partisan hackery to pretend that everything the other side does that you don't like is "racism".

Nor were every single of the political decisions about race. I just listed some you would understand to be political, and since the Modern Leftist Hack today centers every thought on dividing the US into categories based on their melanin I thought you would relate.
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Believe nothing on the faith of traditions, even though they have been held in honor for many generations and in diverse places. Do not believe a thing because many people speak of it. Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

The race card...never leave home without it.

Most Americans have moved on but the far left can't drop it. It's all and I do mean all they have left.

Elections have consequences, if Hillary had won the 2016 election, the court would be majority liberal. Would that make the court racist?

    Nonsense, horse mierda.

Please explain how it's "All due to white male racism". TIA

Agreed SCOTUS is now stacked with RW activist judges just like the Republicans have been lying and cheating to do for years, but I disagree it's "racist". Racism is hatred. This is more like Elie Wiesel's "The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference." They just don't care.

Indifference to all poor is not racism. It's simply indifference.

Yes, even if a greater number of poor are one racial or religious grouping than another. US decisions are based upon the law and funding. Black letter law and a ledger that should be kept in the black. That's about as racist as it gets.

Saying stupid things does not make stupid real. Again same example. That stupid story about you spitting in the black man's face wasn't real, nor is saying that I hate democracy real.

The reality: Adding seats to the SCOTUS to make it more appealing to your partisan view would, quite literally and actually, be doing what you are trying to say other folks are doing. There is no other way to view it than that. Changing the SCOTUS so that it reflects only your partisan view is quite literally what you are saying should happen, and is quite literally and deliberately undermining the checks and balance system that exists. You will immediately and obviously have created a partisan court that will make decisions partisanly in your favor without regard to the constitution or law.

I get that you would like SCOTUS to always do what you demand they do, but that kind of action is a coup of one branch of our government, it is what fascists would do. You need to slow your roll and know your role and act responsibly as a citizen of this nation. (What am I saying? You've never demonstrated you are capable of that!) You need to stop trying to make the federal government reflect only your image, Desh. It's gross, it is flatly against the checks and balances, and it is what you are trying to accuse others of (as I said, if you want to know what the Leftist Hacks are doing, just listen to what they are accusing others of and you will know). I know that you won't hear any of this, but thankfully there are sane Democrats out there that will.

Remaking one branch of the government in your image deliberately, the one branch that is supposed to be less political and a safeguard against this kind of fascism, will quite literally make the government into what you lie and say you are trying to avoid.

Only in this little region of the world, not everywhere.

Everyone was a racist then. Even Lincoln. People don't have to agree with slavery to be racists. They don't have to be "white" either.

Haven't things changed a lot for the better since Lincoln's day?
