    the problem faced by the Roe v Wade decision is that the standard of 23 weeks was simply an arbitrary standard......by legal definition, any law which is arbitrarily applied is unconstitutional.........the SC is not a substitution for science........I predict the decision of the court will use words similar to that statement somewhere in its text......
