Not surprising at all , when you get the second shot it starts out at around 94% effective, in the 6 month period after the second shot that they are referring to, the protection goes down to I believe around 70% or less. If he got the booster a short time before he got the disease then it isn't effective as it will be in 7-10 days. If they don't get this under control by forcing all the idiots to get the shot , the mutations will go on for ever and the effectiveness of the vaccine will go down with every new configuration.
