Vaccines cannot be mandated. You are still ignoring Article I, Article III, and the 4th, 9th, 10th, and 14th amendments.

wrong again, you stupid fuck bitch- ruling a law constitutional or not IS NOT CHANGING THE CONSTITUTION, STUPID FUCK. it is their only fucking job!!!!!!

    Judicial Review
    Primary tabs
Judicial review is the idea, fundamental to the US system of government, that the actions of the executive and legislative branches of government are subject to review and possible invalidation by the judiciary. Judicial review allows the Supreme Court to take an active role in ensuring that the other branches of government abide by the constitution.

The text of the Constitution does not contain a specific provision for the power of judicial review. Rather, the power to declare laws unconstitutional has been deemed an implied power, derived from Article III and Article VI of the U.S. Constitution. Judicial review of the government was established in the landmark decision of Marbury v. Madison, the first Supreme Court decision to strike down the act of Congress as unconstitutional, with the famous line from Chief Justice John Marshall: "It is emphatically the duty of the Judicial Department to say what the law is. Those who apply the rule to particular cases must, of necessity, expound and interpret the rule. If two laws conflict with each other, the Court must decide on the operation of each."

    U.S. Constitution Article III
    Article III

    Section 1.
The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office.

    Section 2.
The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties made, or which shall be made, under their authority;--to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls;--to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction;--to controversies to which the United States shall be a party;--to controversies between two or more states;--between a state and citizens of another state;--between citizens of different states;--between citizens of the same state claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens or subjects.

    Article VI

All debts contracted and engagements entered into, before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.

This Constitution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several state legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.

Well, first, fuck you for making me google "Qanon". I've heard of it but I've never been called it, and it's some of the stupidest shit I've ever heard. In turn, I shall refer to you as "jackass". Don't feel special. It's a generic term I use to refer to democrats and leftards of all flavors.

To your points, my "rites" are indeed more important than the lives of your family and friends, so screw THEM. Both you and they have rights too. You have the right to run away screaming when you see me walking down the street(if you can discern my vax status, that is). You also have the right to buy a bunch of HAZMAT suits, shrink wrap yourselves, and dead bolt yourselves in your house and don't come out until the damn virus is gone. I don't give a shit as long as you all just shut the fuck up. And I don't give a rat's ass how effective a "flew" shot is or isn't, I get one every year because the "flew" damn near killed me in 1995 and I can count on one hand the number of days lost to illness in the ensuing 27 years (up to this year actually, when I lost a whopping 5 days of work).

The Supreme Court does not have authority to change or even interpret the Constitution. It cannot authorize the federal government or any State government anything that exceeds the Constitution.

The Court MUST rule any act of Congress that is unconstitutional. It has no other choice.

i don't care if they WANT to get vaccinated!! we need to protect ourselves and if they refuse to do the right thing, they pay the price. period.
