Rittenhouse no longer enrolled in ASU Online

The university confirmed he had enrolled as an online student for the session that started in mid-October. But according to the university, he’s not a student anymore.

“Our records show that he is not currently enrolled,” ASU spokesperson Jay Thorne wrote in an email. “There was no action taken by the university.”

Thorne would not provide more information about whether Rittenhouse withdrew from classes or why his enrollment status changed.

I don't think it would bode well with a university's reputation and image at harboring a domestic terrorist murderer who was able to have a corrupt court to engage in obstruction of justice and a miscarriage of justice on the Rattenhouse's behalf. Just because he was claimed to be not guilty, the Rattenhouse is not innocent by a long shot at murdering two men and attempting to murder one man who were peacefully protesting and exercising their 1st amendment rights, and who posed no harm to wayward Rattenhouse. The 1st amendment only covers speech concerning anyone in Congress. They cannot sue a citizen for what a citizen says about them. The 1st amendment applies specifically to Congress and only Congress.
The Supreme Court does not have authority to change the Constitution.
