For trespass, property destruction, and other essentially civil crimes... Nobody's been convicted of insurrection (18 U.S. Code § 2383 - Rebellion or insurrection), treason (18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason) or the like. Not one person. A few have gotten convicted of assaulting a federal officer (police officer) as well, but none for insurrection or treason.

Plus they were held in solitaire for months!

did you actually look at the charges? I did say charges.
I count a few, but they are charges like "assaulting resisting or impeding"
So some of those are non-violent as well. If they can prove assault sure they should get locked up but
not for trespassing/"parading"

You are one of the ones that keeps claiming Jan 6 was an "Insurrection." If so, you should be able to provide some conclusive proof of that. One proof would be that those who led and participated in the insurrection have been arrested and charged with that.
What I see is nothing but a logical fallacy on your (and others saying the same thing) part. Your argument amounts to nothing but a worthless Appeal to probability. That is, you keep claiming, Wait! Eventually the authorities will charge someone with insurrection. Just wait and see! It's a total fictional nonsense argument based on wishful thinking and the sort of absurd conspiracy theories the likes of Adam Schiff trot out all the time.
Jan 6 was a three hour or so riot and nothing more. Get over it and return to reality.

Yea, sure. A bunch of true believers in the conspiracy theory are "investigating" it for the Nth time. Why pay attention to the same sort crackpots that made the, what?, half-dozen plus previous investigations-- including those lead as this one is, by Adam Schiff into things like the Russia collusion that has turned out to be a total hoax and conspiracy theory? It is people like you that aren't looking at these things objectively.
