There is nothing in the Constitution about congressional districts. In the early years states elected their House members at-large or in multi-member districts. Single member districts began with a 1842 law.

My prediction, at this time, is the Democrats lose 50 to 70 seats in the House, and 5 or 6 in the Senate. I also expect the Democrats and MSM to claim this is an anomaly (even as the same thing happened to Bill Clinton and Obama) and not a mandate.

I'd also predict that if Joke doesn't make a massive change in policy and course afterwards--as Clinton did to his great benefit, and Obama did to the extent of not fucking things up--then he's likely going to be successfully impeached, convicted, and tossed out of office along with Harris...

Link about the Xeroxed ballots? Fraudulent ballots are a crime. Texas has prosecuted, IIRC, about 150 cases of election fraud in the past 30 years.
