Haven't you heard a grand jury will indict a ham sandwich. Grand juries only decide on what evidence the prosecutor presents to them. The prosecutor clearly did not exercise good judgement and was not above lying.

I'm saying the prosecutor put his thumb on the jail. He was dishonest prosecutor. There is no telling what lies he told the secret grand jury. We know he did lie to the trial jury.

Regardless, it went through the Grand Jury. So clearly there was some evidence presented. You cannot argue otherwise.
