I eat a healthy diet and run. It keeps my weight down and a super good blood pressure.

I cook at home 99.9% of the time. Almost zero red meat. An exception will be taking my family out for dinner tomorrow rather than cooking that awful shit Thanksgiving food and everyone over eating.

But as healthy as I am, that won’t prevent me from getting shingles. The vaccine will. The same goes for many other virus, including this COVID virus.
