The physical evidence against Bryan is very strong, which makes it tough to get around. Fibers from Arbery's shirt were definitely on Bryan's car door, as were Arbery's fingerprints. The witness testimony that Bryan hit Arbery with his car is confirmed by the dent in the car.

He had definitely made common cause with the McMichaels, and were chasing Arbery down. That makes him guilty of whatever follows.

It is a warning to everyone who thinks they can become "just a little" involved with murder.

That aside, it is stupid to convict anybody of murder for just filming something. Especially when the person filming had no way of knowing that a death was going to happen. And after everything was said and done, isn't a good thing that the incident was recorded? The film proves arbery was the aggressor though i don't really blame him for being that way. The white boys are guilty of the false imprisonment perhaps but not the murder.
