trump certainly claims the 6'3" is current. he claims he has been 6'3" since he was a young man. The reality is everyone becomes shorter over the years, so trump is certainly lying.
Obama is about an inch taller than trump at 6'2", which makes trump about 6'1". But he appears to wear platform shoes, so may be shorter than even that.
