Do you need tarballs for programs or no?

That'll be all well and good until you want to download something. Then you'll see the speed difference.

I'm good. I have my own way of doing things.

I've put a fully functional OS on a MicroSD just to see if it would work. It did.

I think this OS only uses one core of my CPU.
Been rolling this one for a while now.

I'm due for a new OS..on a clean drive.

I do not know much about the new OS but I have been impressed with it so far. The fact that it runs off of a usb drive while a hard drive is not necessary is what impresses me the most.

Damn man! I just loaded GIMP and it loaded within a couple of seconds.
