Al Gore went screaming and kicking all the way to the last resort (the SCOTUS) and only walked away when there was no other path to force the result he wanted from an election he lost. I will give that once there was no further path to success he made a bitter concession speech.

However, if he wanted to run again do you think you could have shut him up? Would you have wanted him to? I really am curious about that. Folks who wanted Gore to win liked what he was doing, just as the folks who thought Trump would win liked what he was and is doing. They also think he'll run in 2024.. I personally don't think he will.
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather we have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

Do not believe on the faith of the sages of the past. Do not believe what you yourself have imagined, persuading yourself that a God inspires you. Believe nothing on the sole authority of your masters and priests. After examination, believe what you yourself have tested and found to be reasonable, and conform your conduct thereto.

Trump will definitely run again, Gore's speech had no "bitter" tone whatsoever, and Gore conceded as soon as the court challenge was over.

Trump will never concede - ever. And when he runs again (which yes, he will) - he will do the same thing if he loses. He'll declare victory, and will never concede. And he's getting people in place that will "find" votes for him now, as opposed to in 2020.

    That's all factual, btw.
