Default Trump lost VA by 10 points, they are keeping him away!

Trump lost Virginia by 10 points in his disastrous attempt at reelection.

Now the Republican challenger to Democratic Governor Gov. Terry McAuliffe refuses to stand with Trump, and Trump is nowhere to be found.

RESULT: The Race is neck and neck. That is how unpopular Trump actually is. THIS is the way forward for Republicans, if the Republican wins in VA today, I suspect other Republicans will take note, run from Trumpism.

No matter what Trump will claim victory. Victory from defeat, victory from victory, it matters not.

Kind of a double edged sword.

We want McAuliffe to win, but OTOH, we'd like to see Trump's influence repudiated.

If McAuliffe wins, it will be a plus for Biden and the Dems, but Trump will be able to claim it was because the challenger did not embrace him.

I wouldn't fret what Trump claims. That is out of control. Reason and facts do not affect anything he claims or what his borg absorb as gospel.

Just take a Northern VA victory over the unwashed country morons if they can deliver the state.

True, but we might benefit more if McAuliffe loses and Republicans see that Trump is an anchor on them.

I don’t think this election is any way near the indicator many believe it is, its supposed importance is media driven to create drama for audiences

Maybe, but a 10 point swing, if that happens, is an indicator that VA prefer this republican candidate by a lot more than they preferred Trump.

And THAT^^^... contrary to what the right has been claiming for years re: political bias in the "msm", is where the media bias really lies.

It lies in whatever garners the most readers/viewers/subscribers and generates the most $$$ in terms of avertising revenue etc.

They don't give a shit about politics.

Like all corporate entities, they care only about profit and drama sells.

No one who says....."we have 50% black students but 80% white teachers" and thinks that's an issue deserves to win....
this has nothing to do with Trump...and everything to do with your schools...and so much more....McAulliffe is a train wreck....

If there is a 10 point swing, I think it means people like Ron DeathSantis made the wrong gamble by embracing Trumpism.

If the quoted statistic is a fact, then why is saying it is an issue, an issue with you?

If what he means is that Va. needs to entice more blacks into going to college and entering the teaching profession, what in the world could possibly bother you about that?

Unless you just can't stand the idea of "ni**ers" teaching white kids.

If that's your mindset, then your opinions on any subject are just worthless bullshit anyway.
