Why should they provide a platform for idiots who want to advocate illegal actions? Damo's JPP doesn't allow users to accuse each other of child molestation, which is illegal -- and the act of accusing someone of it can be considered defamatory. Why should Damo allow that since it's HIS site and he could be held liable for allowing it?

You have free speech. The government cannot curtail it. However, private businesses can and should, or they could be held liable for their users' crimes.
