That's not a capital offense. Trying to grab somebody's gun can be.

He was only accused by the shooters. There is no evidence that he was stealing. For the sake of argument though, so what if he was? It's not their job to apprehend him. If you were jogging along minding your own business and a car full of armed idiots cut in front of you and stopped, and one got out and pointed a gun at you, what would YOU do? Beg not to be shot? Try to disarm him? Pee yourself? All of the above?

Not really. From what I heard, jury selection only began yesterday. But I figured, "Why wait. I'll just tell you the outcome now." Because no doubt the outcome has already been decided. Just like with that sham Derik Chauvin trial. Negro appeasement seems to be what the "justice" system is all about these days. The media has succeed in turning most of the U.S. public into lowlife chicken shits. Blacks only make up 12.7 to 13.4% of the U.S. population. You have to be quite a bottom feeder to be worried about appeasing that small of a percentage of the population.

Here are some facts about the justified killing of armaud arbury by Travis McMichael. Arbury was seen on video trespassing. Almost certainly the security camera sent the video to the cell phone of either Gregory or Travis McMichael. It was probably their property and didn't like arbury committing the crime of trespassing on their property. So they did something about it. Such as attempt a citizens arrest. Which was perfectly legal to do. The media would rather that you believe them rather than your own eyes. Because they say that the McMichael's chased arbury down in their pickup truck. Well I have the video. It is interesting that even the person who filmed the incident was thrown in jail for murder.

In the video you can see that the McMichaels had their truck stopped in the street. And arbury was running toward it. So if anybody got chased down, it was the McMichael's. Also, in the video, at any point where both Travis and armaud were both in the frame, Travis was back peddling and arbury was advancing. Arbury was attacking Travis. That PROVES that arbury was guilty. Because only a guilty person or a lunatic would attack anybody with a shotgun. And with Travis being attacked, it then became a matter of self defense for Travis. Because the last thing you want to have happen is for an aggressive suspected criminal to do is take your gun from you. Here is the video.

As for what would I do? Probably try to juke around them and hit some yards and fences trying to lose them. Not everybody is like me, though.
