Shelves are bare because nobody wants to go back to work. Fast food restaurants are closing early because they can't find anyone to work for $12.00/hr. We took those jobs (I preferred working for a lawn care business) while in High School for $2.50-$3.00/hr. and we were happy to make a little money to buy and maintain our cars. WTF is wrong with kids today?
I ordered an engine that was supposed to be done and installed by now. It has been delayed because of a parts shortage caused by people not going back to work. They had to hire idiots who can't read a fucking micrometer, the pistons the engine builder ordered for an engine that's been on his stand for months came in .005 undersize and had to be reordered. Now my motor won't be done until next year at the earliest and now I have to pay extra for my car's storage.
