All people required to take an oath to uphold and defend our Constitution and break that oath are subject to military trials. The Spa has been building a new courtroom....

Aside from the outstanding processes detainees must go through before they can even be cleared for release, construction on the ground does not reflect the stated goal of closing the prison soon.
The office of military commissions, which oversees trials of detainees held at the detention facility, is building a new courtroom for future trials of detainees to be held at Guantanamo Bay. The new courtroom will allow three detainees to be tried at once and will allow the office of military commissions to hold more than one hearing at a time. The current courtroom can try six people at the same time.
The project to complete the new courtroom in Guantanamo Bay is scheduled to be completed in June 2022.

Trump only claims the election was rigged because his ego demands it. This has been evident from the beginning. He gets away with it because so many of his voters are under his spell. Were they not they would see through the fraud claims which started the morning after the election with raving over votes counted “in the middle of the night”, when votes in Presidential elections are always counted in the middle of the night and often into the next morning and beyond. The claims that came later were add ons. By the times they surfaced the “stolen election” fantasy had been baked in by Trump himself, on day one.
