At many places, it really is not that many. United Airlines runs a tight ship with 67,000 employees, and only 232 refusing to get vaccinated. North Carolina state hospitals has 10,000 employees, and only 16 refuse to get vaccinated.
Someone else being unvaccinated severely increases the chances they will give me Covid-19. Not getting vaccinated is not doing everything reasonable to not cause harm to others. That is the legal definition of being liable. I think we should all have the right to sue employers who do not have mandates.
